Standard: DIN1629 Seamless Circular Unalloyed Steel Tubes

Scope: This standard applied to seamless circular tubes and pipes made of unalloyed steel as listed in below table. These tubes are prodominantly used in construction of chemical plant, vessels, pipework and for genearl mechanical engineering purpose. The maximum permissible working pressure and permissible working temperature are specified in below table.
Shape: The tubes shall be furnished in the following shapes, as specified by the purchaser: round, square,rectangular and special sections.
