1 Scope
This standard specifies the geological drilling seamless steel pipe size, shape, weight, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificate.
This standard applies to the geological core drilling, water well drilling, coal fields, drilling, hydrogeological drilling drilling with casing material, the core tube materials casing collar material, drill pipe materials and tool joints material, no drill collar joints material pipe joints.

4 size, shape and weight
4.1  outside diameter and wall thickness
4.1.1 Pipe nominal outside diameter and nominal wall thickness shall conform to the requirements in Table 1.

4.1.2  according to the requirements of the demand side, the supply and demand sides consultation, can supply steel pipe diameter and wall thickness.
4.2 diameter and wall thickness of the allowable deviation
4.2.1 steel pipe outside diameter ( D) tolerances shall comply with the provisions of Table 2.

4.2.3 According to the demand side, the buyer and the seller negotiated and specified in the contract to produce Table 2, Table 3 other than those specified size allowable deviation pipe.
4.3 length
4.3.1 usual length
The usual length of steel pipe 4 000 mm ~ 12 500 mm. The buyer and the seller negotiated and specified in the contract, the delivery of a length greater than 12 500 mm steel pipe.
4.3.2 cut to length and double length
According to the buyer's requirements and specified in the contract, the steel pipe can be cut to length length or double length delivery. Cut lengths of steel pipe in the usual length range, full-length allowable deviation shall comply with the following provisions:
a) Length length ≤ 6 000 mm, 0 to 10 mm;
b) Length Length> 6 000 mm, 0 to 15 mm.
Times foot total length of the steel pipe should be in the range of usual length, full-length allowable deviation as follows: + 20mm     0mm , each double length should stay out of the incision margin following provisions:
a) outside diameter ≤ 159 mm, the incision margin mm 5 mm ~~ ;
b) outside diameter> 159 mm incision margin for mm 10 mm ~~ .
4.4 curvature
4.4.1 Steel Pipe bending requirements shall comply with the requirements of Table 4.

4.4.2 of the full length of the steel tube bending degrees should not be greater than the total steel pipe length of 1.5 ‰.
4.5 ovality and wall thickness deviation
According to the requirements of the demand side, the buyer and the seller negotiated and specified in the contract, ovality and wall thickness of steel pipe shall respectively not more than 80% of the outside diameter and wall thickness tolerances .
4.6-side head shape
4.6.1 the outer diameter of the steel pipe is not greater than 60mm, the steel pipe cut oblique should not exceed 1.5mm; cut oblique outer diameter of the steel pipe is greater than 60 mm, the steel pipe should not exceed 2.5% of the pipe diameter, but the maximum is not should not exceed 6mm.
4.6.2 incision burrs must be removed.
4.7 Delivery Weight
4.7.1 Steel Pipe actual weight of the delivery, the delivery also theoretical weight. Steel theoretical weight calculated according to the provisions of GB / T 17395, the density of steel to take 7.85kg/dm .
4.7.2 According to the requirements of the demand side , the buyer and the seller negotiated and specified in the contract, the deviation of the theoretical weight and the actual weight of the steel pipes of delivery shall comply with the following provisions:
Single vessel steel pipe: ± 10%;
Each batch of minimum the 10t steel pipe: ± 7.5%.
5 Technical Requirements
5.1 steel grade and chemical composition
5.1.1 steel pipe steel grade DZ380, DZ500, DZ550 and DZ600.
5.1.2 of the chemical composition of the steel pipe (melting component), P ≤ 0.035% S ≤ 0.035%.
5.1.3 When the demand side is asked to do product analysis , should be specified in the contract. The chemical composition of the finished steel pipe tolerances shall comply with the provisions of GB / T 222.
5.2 manufacturing method
5.2.1 steel manufacturing method
Should be an electric furnace or basic oxygen furnaces steel manufacturing.
After a consultation between the other smelting method of manufacture may be used. Demand side, specify a smelting method, it should be specified in the contract.
5.2.2 billets method of manufacturing
Tube hot rolling (forging) manufacturing, steel ingot or continuous casting method also can be directly used as billets.
5.2.3 The method of producing a steel pipe
Steel pipe should be hot-rolled (extrusion) or cold drawn (rolled) seamless method of manufacture. Demand side, specify a method to manufacture steel pipe,
Should be specified in the contract.
5.3 Delivery Status
  Hot-rolled steel pipe (extrusion) to the hot-rolled state or heat treatment delivery, the demand side requires treatment delivery, to be specified in the contract. Cold drawn (rolled) steel pipe to heat treatment delivery.
5.4 Mechanical Properties
  The delivery state longitudinal tensile properties of steel pipe shall conform to the provisions in Table 5.

5.5 surface quality
 Steel inner and outer surface does not allow visible cracks, folding, scarring, rolling, folding and abscission. These defects should be completely clear, clear the depth of the negative deviation should not exceed the nominal wall thickness of the actual clean-up at the wall thickness of not less than the minimum thickness deviation allowed.
Other local defects does not exceed the wall thickness negative deviation is allowed to exist.
5.6 ultrasonic testing

6 Test methods

7 Inspection rules

7.3 The number of samples
