The corrosion and cracking of the pipe owing to stress can be effectively prevented. The application of welding on site is very easy because of the high dimension precision;

2. The inside and outside welding are performed after the tack welding , so the welding process is very stable with good weld quality;

3. Application:

The products are widely applied to many fields such as petroleum pipeline, natural gas pipeline, urban pipe network, mines pipeline,Coal Water Slurry pipeline, and construction pipe for high voltage, wind power, bridges, high-speed rail steel construction etc.

Plate Ultrosonic Inspection → Plate Edge Milling → Plate Edge Crimping → Forming → Continuous Pre-welding → Inside Welding → Outside Welding → Ultrosonic Test1 → X-ray Test1 → Expansion → Finishing → Straightening → Hydraulic Test → Pipe Ends Beveling → Ultrosonic Test 2→ X-ray Test 2→ Appearance Inspection → Coating

3. The NDT is easy to perform on the weld during production and field operation as well;

4. The length of the weld is shorter than that of the non-longitudinal seam pipe, so the probability of defects occurrence is very low;

5. The coverage of the pipe specification is very wide. The pipe can be either in large diameter with thick wall or in small diameter with thick wall.
